Sunday School

It is our desire to call every child into continual loving union with Jesus, training them to fully participate as members in the body of Christ through worship, prayer, and the scriptures. One of the ways we do this is through our Sunday School program.

Sunday School is held from 10–11am for children ages 2 years through 5th grade.

Curriculum
Our 2-year-old class is for children who have turned 2 by September 30. It is held upstairs in the Beginner Nursery and uses the Great Commission Publications curriculum.

Our Pre-S through 5th grade classes use the Gospel Story for Kids. Over the course of four years, this curriculum walks our children through the Old and New Testaments, continually tracing the thread of God's redemptive plan.

We encourage parents to use the Gospel Story Bible and the accompanying devotional guide, Old Story New, at home. Sign up for Trinity's evening prayer devotional, which includes daily assignments in Old Story New. (Learn more about resources we offer for parents.)

Special Needs
Our desire is to make the gospel accessible to all touched by disability who require assistance in order to fully participate in the life of the church.

Would your child benefit from accommodations (one-on-one assistance, modified curriculum, printed schedule, etc.)? We would love to learn from you how we can better teach to your child's strengths. Please contact Megan Wardell, our special needs coordinator.

If your family is new to Sunday School at Trinity, please fill out the form below and bring it to church with you.
