Seeking the renewal of all things through Jesus Christ

WorkLife is a relational jobs ministry for the underemployed or unemployed in our community. Built on the idea of transformative relationships, the curriculum sets up Allies and Participants (students) to walk together in a highly relational way as they study vocational stewardship. WorkLife provides participants with the skills, self-confidence, biblical understanding of work, and employer connections they need to get a job to provide for themselves and their families.

Since 2014, we have offered a jobs ministry (formerly using Jobs for Life curriculum) and have seen more than 30 individuals from all walks of life graduate from the program. We have been so encouraged and blessed by the relationships and community formed through this ministry, and are grateful for the faithful champions and volunteers who have given their time and experience to make this a reality.

Classes take place on Tuesdays from February 6–May 22, 6:30–9pm. In addition, there are Saturday morning classes from 9am–12pm on February 17 and March 17. Dinner is provided from 6:30–7pm at the Tuesday evening classes.

Please consider how you and/or your small group can support this ministry.

If you are in the business community, this is a great opportunity to share your power and connections with people in our community who lack these resources. Help us find employers willing to interview a graduate for a job, or participate in one of our roundtable discussions to share your knowledge with our students.
