Trinity Fall Calendar

As we turn our calendars to September, we are gearing up for a robust semester of ministry here at Trinity. We couldn't possibly list every event and program that we have going on this fall, but we wanted to take some time and highlight a few of our special events. Look out for additional information in your order of worship and Trinity Life each week. Mark your calendars and plan on joining us.

September 12Formation Hour Kick-Off
Join one of our Sunday Formation classes during the 10-11am hour. We offer classes for children, students, and adults. Check our website for more details.
September 12University Student Brunch
All UVA & PVCC students are invited to attend our Student Brunch directly following our 11:15am service in our back parking lot. We host this brunch every year to welcome back the UVA and PVCC students and invite them into the rhythms and events that we have going on this semester.

Oct 29-30Curt Thompson Seminar Postponed

Due to ongoing concerns regarding large gatherings during the spread of the delta variant of Covid-19, Curt Thompson has postponed all of his in-person speaking events this fall. We are aiming to reschedule this event for spring 2022 and are eager to have our congregation engage with this topic. Thank you for understanding.

 

Nov 12-14Student Ministry Mountain Weekend
All high school students are invited to join the Student Ministry for a weekend at Wilderness Adventure Camp. You’ll have the opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of school, activities, and sports to focus on growing with God and in community. Register here.

Fall Ball Postponed

Due to ongoing concerns regarding large gatherings during the spread of the delta variant of Covid-19, we have postponed our Fall Ball.

 

November 28Advent Wreath Workshop
Everyone is invited to join us for the Advent Wreath Workshop at 10am in the gym. Each household will make one Advent Wreath to take home and use in conjunction with the Advent Devotional we’ll provide. Join us for a time of worship and fellowship as we prepare for the birth of Christ!



December 5Service of Remembrance
Our annual Service of Remembrance will be on December 5 at 5pm. We will remember our loved ones and remember God's faithfulness.

Dec 11-12Lessons & Carols
We will celebrate our annual Service of Lessons & Carols on Saturday, December 11, and Sunday, December 12, at 7pm, continuing our tradition of hearing beautiful musical offerings and reading scriptures prophesying the birth of Jesus.
