SUMMER BIBLE STUDY WITH PASTOR MIKE
Interim Pastor Mike Sharrett invites you to join him for a summer Bible study. Sundays,  through September 4, 9:00–10:00am, room 250. Sorry, no childcare. "From Eternity to Eternity: How God Claims You and Keeps You." From 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17, we'll see that God is with you in the storm; God chose you; God called you; God justified you; God sanctifies you; God glorifies you. All are welcome; attend as few or as many sessions as you desire!

MINISTRY FAIR AND POTLUCK PICNIC THIS SUNDAY
This Sunday, August 28, at 11:45am, join us for a Ministry Fair and Potluck Picnic. Learn about the different ministries and volunteer opportunities at Trinity this fall.

1:00     Cornhole Tourney: Sign up here with a partner or as an individual for some good fun!
For the Potluck Picnic, please bring a side dish or dessert—enough to serve your household and some extra. Main dish and drinks provided. (Bring your dish with contents labeled to the table outside the downstairs kitchen. You can drop off before the service if you like.) See you Sunday!

PASTOR SEARCH COMMITTEE: STATUS UPDATE
The Pastor Search Committee continues to meet weekly, and we are grateful for your ongoing prayer support. We have completed our senior pastor recruiting packet, which has been released through our consultant into PCA networks, and is also accessible on the here. You can nominate and invite men to apply by providing this packet, which includes instructions on how to apply. We will accept applications through the end of September and hold interviews throughout the fall. Please continue to pray for the committee, our current work of preparing for interviewing, and for the new pastor whom God will bring to us. Members can submit questions and suggestions to the PSC by emailing psc2022@trinitycville.org

WOMEN TOGETHER IN THE WORD
Women Together in the Word warmly invites women of all ages to join us this year for our weekly Bible study and fellowship! We are studying the book of Luke using materials from authors N.T. Wright and Patty Pell. Registration is $35 for the year including the study guide. No additional cost for childcare (available for ages infant–4 years). Wednesdays beginning Sept 14 from 9:30–11:30am. Nursery (as well as complimentary coffee/tea and a chance for fellowship) available beginning at 9am. Register here! FALL CHILDREN'S MINISTRY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
As fall approaches, please be prayerfully considering how you might serve our church in children’s ministry and how you might also encourage others to do so! There are options for everyone’s schedules and giftings. Please use this form to indicate your willingness to serve or email Amy Piedra. Here are some roles to consider:
– Sunday school teacher, assistant, or song leader
– Children's Worship teacher or helper
– Nursery volunteer
We will have two training options for fall volunteers: Sunday morning, Aug 28, or Thursday, Sept 1, at 7:30pm. Please make plans to attend one. Childcare (through grade 5) will be provided at the Sunday training only.

INTRO TO TRINITY: MEMBERSHIP CLASS
Interested in membership at Trinity? Our Intro to Trinity class will take place Sundays, 9–10am, Sept 11–Oct 9. The class is required for membership but open to anyone who wants to know more about Trinity. Register here. Questions? Email Hilary Swinson.

HELP WITH WORSHIP
The Worship Ministry is seeking volunteers for the following:
– Musicians, especially drummers, bass players, and orchestral instruments
– Communion servers
– Women interested in serving as liturgists
