WorkLife Site Training

WorkLife is built on the idea of transformative relationships and a mutual learning environment. Allies and participants (students) walk together as they study vocational stewardship, with the participants exploring their goals and giftings and developing a roadmap toward their objectives. Since 2014, we have offered a jobs ministry and have had the joy and privilege of walking alongside over 50 individuals as they seek a sustainable change in their life and work. As Charlottesville’s immigrant and refugee population increases, we have the opportunity to welcome those individuals and hope to be a part of helping them to flourish in our city.  If you have any interest in helping to lead the relaunching of this initiative, the Mercy team is looking for a small team willing to be trained and certified to be site leaders this fall.
