For International Students

We're glad you're here in Charlottesville! If you choose to worship on Sundays at Trinity Presbyterian Church, we welcome you.

To get a ride to Trinity during the regular academic semester, look for the Trinity Presbyterian Church van at the Aquatic Fitness Center on Alderman Road, and in front of the McCormick Dorms (by the UPS & FedEx boxes). Pickups for the 11.15am worship service are available at 10.35am and 10.55am. Rides back to Grounds are available right after the 11.15am worship service from the front of the church.

There are many opportunities to get involved and participate in our church community:

For Chinese-speaking students, a Mandarin Sunday School class meets every Sunday from 10.00–11.00am at Trinity in room 251 to discuss the sermon and questions about Christianity. All are welcome.

The Chinese Christian Fellowship at UVA (CCF) is an undergraduate fellowship (in English) for ethnic Chinese that meets Friday nights on Grounds at the University of Virginia and holds weekly Bible studies and prayer meetings.

International Students Inc. (ISI) at the University of Virginia coordinates exploratory Bible studies for students interested in learning about the Bible. In addition, we invite you to participate in building relationships with international students from all over the world right here in Charlottesville by attending the many ISI events organized throughout the year.

Other venues for international students:
International Hospitality Programs at UVa (IHP)
The Lorna Sundberg International Center, UVa
